GrowthScout for agencies

Build an organic-growth operation that scales with your clients.

Give every client a business-aware content plan without rebuilding the research and production workflow from scratch. GrowthScout keeps each website’s knowledge, opportunities, articles and publishing settings separate while your agency keeps control of the strategy.

Start with GrowthScout’s current multi-website foundations and help shape the dedicated agency experience ahead.

Protect the thinking as delivery grows

Scaling content should not make every client sound the same.

Strong agency work depends on understanding the client, researching the market and applying judgement. Repeating that work across many websites creates pressure, inconsistent delivery and too much time spent moving information between tools.

Knowledge gets scattered

Briefs, meeting notes, website copy and writing instructions become detached from the work.

Research gets repeated

Teams reconstruct keyword and competitor context for each new article.

Delivery is hard to see

Plans, drafts and publishing dates live in separate documents and tools.

Generic automation risks trust

Content without client context or editorial control is difficult to stand behind.

Available today

A separate organic-content workspace for every website you add.

GrowthScout already provides the foundations for agencies running a repeatable workflow across multiple client sites. Additional websites are added through a separate paid checkout.

Website-specific intelligence

Separate crawled content, embeddings, goals, audiences, competitors and existing article knowledge.

One process, specific to every client

Repeat the workflow—not the content.

  1. 01

    Add the website

Create its workspace and confirm the client’s description, goals, audiences and competitors.

  2. 02

    Build the context

GrowthScout crawls the site and makes relevant existing knowledge available to Scout.

  3. 03

    Review the evidence

Use critical-page findings and prioritised research to decide where the client should focus.

  4. 04

    Review the plan

Review the proposed calendar, adjust priorities and keep upcoming delivery visible.

  5. 05

    Produce and review

Let Scout research and write, then apply the agency’s judgement to the copy and imagery.

  6. 06

    Deliver or publish

Publish manually, connect WordPress or deliver through a webhook for the client’s workflow.

AI with an accountable agency around it

Use automation for repeatable work. Keep people responsible for judgement.

GrowthScout can reduce the operational work behind research, planning, writing and publishing. It does not replace client knowledge, specialist review or the agency’s responsibility for strategy and quality.

  • Keep automatic publishing off for client approval workflows.

  • Edit copy and imagery inside GrowthScout before delivery.

  • Apply separate writing and image settings to each website.

  • Enable scheduled publishing only where the agreed workflow supports it.

Agency roadmap

The agency workspace we are building towards.

A clear boundary: everything in this section is planned or being explored. It is not included in the current product and has no promised delivery date.
Planned

Cross-client delivery dashboard

See planning, drafting, review and publishing activity across client websites.

Planned

Reusable agency defaults

Create reusable article, writing, imagery and workflow starting points with client overrides.

Planned

Client review and approval

Invite clients to review work, give feedback and approve articles in a controlled flow.

See five more roadmap ideas
  • Roles and permissions

Access suited to strategists, writers, editors and clients.

  • Shareable reporting

Clearer client-facing audit, delivery and performance reports.

  • AI-created brand guidance

Reviewable tone-of-voice and visual-style guide documents.

  • More publishing destinations

Direct connections shaped around real agency demand.

  • Agency branding

An area we are exploring, not a white-labelling promise.

Roadmap direction may change as we work with agencies. We would rather build around real delivery workflows than publish a long list of unsupported logos and features.

Agency FAQ

Questions from agencies.

Can I manage several client websites?

GrowthScout can keep each added website’s business context, opportunities, content plan and settings separate. Additional website capacity is purchased through a separate in-app checkout, where the current price is shown before you confirm.

Can clients review articles themselves?

Not through a dedicated client-approval workflow today. Your agency can review and edit articles inside GrowthScout before publishing. Client review and approval access is on the agency roadmap.

Can I apply one writing style to every client?

Writing tone, article instructions and image direction are currently configured per website. Reusable agency-wide defaults are planned.

Does GrowthScout create a brand style guide?

Not yet. GrowthScout currently supports writing-tone choices, custom article instructions, image-style presets and custom image prompts. AI-created brand and tone-of-voice guide documents are planned.

Can GrowthScout publish automatically?

Yes. Supported websites can use scheduled WordPress or webhook publishing. Automatic publishing is optional and should only be enabled where the agency and client have agreed the appropriate review process.

Is GrowthScout white labelled?

No. Agency branding and client-facing presentation are being explored, but are not current product capabilities.

Which integrations are available?

WordPress and custom webhooks are available today. Additional publishing destinations are planned according to customer demand.

Is there a dedicated agency plan?

Not yet. The initial GrowthScout website plan is £74 per month after the trial. Additional websites have their own live in-app quote; future agency packaging will be published when its allowances and features are defined.
