Knowledge gets scattered
Briefs, meeting notes, website copy and writing instructions become detached from the work.
GrowthScout for agencies
Give every client a business-aware content plan without rebuilding the research and production workflow from scratch. GrowthScout keeps each website’s knowledge, opportunities, articles and publishing settings separate while your agency keeps control of the strategy.
Start with GrowthScout’s current multi-website foundations and help shape the dedicated agency experience ahead.

Protect the thinking as delivery grows
Strong agency work depends on understanding the client, researching the market and applying judgement. Repeating that work across many websites creates pressure, inconsistent delivery and too much time spent moving information between tools.
Briefs, meeting notes, website copy and writing instructions become detached from the work.
Teams reconstruct keyword and competitor context for each new article.
Plans, drafts and publishing dates live in separate documents and tools.
Content without client context or editorial control is difficult to stand behind.
GrowthScout already provides the foundations for agencies running a repeatable workflow across multiple client sites. Additional websites are added through a separate paid checkout.
Separate crawled content, embeddings, goals, audiences, competitors and existing article knowledge.
Build and manage a separate 30-day opportunity calendar for each website.
Scout researches, plans and writes using the context of the selected client website.
Configure writing tone, persistent instructions, internal links and imagery per website.
Review and edit articles, or enable automatic delivery for an established client workflow.
Publish through WordPress or webhooks, then connect an eligible Search Console property to follow its measures.

One process, specific to every client
Create its workspace and confirm the client’s description, goals, audiences and competitors.
GrowthScout crawls the site and makes relevant existing knowledge available to Scout.
Use critical-page findings and prioritised research to decide where the client should focus.
Review the proposed calendar, adjust priorities and keep upcoming delivery visible.
Let Scout research and write, then apply the agency’s judgement to the copy and imagery.
Publish manually, connect WordPress or deliver through a webhook for the client’s workflow.
AI with an accountable agency around it
GrowthScout can reduce the operational work behind research, planning, writing and publishing. It does not replace client knowledge, specialist review or the agency’s responsibility for strategy and quality.
Keep automatic publishing off for client approval workflows.
Edit copy and imagery inside GrowthScout before delivery.
Apply separate writing and image settings to each website.
Enable scheduled publishing only where the agreed workflow supports it.
See planning, drafting, review and publishing activity across client websites.
Create reusable article, writing, imagery and workflow starting points with client overrides.
Invite clients to review work, give feedback and approve articles in a controlled flow.
Give strategists, writers, editors and clients access suited to their role.
Present audit, publishing and organic-performance progress in clearer client reports.
Turn client inputs into reviewable tone-of-voice and visual-style guides for future content.
Extend direct publishing beyond WordPress and webhooks around real demand.
Explore branded client-facing views and reports without promising white labelling today.
