How this check works & your data

We ask three category-based questions on the web versions of ChatGPT and Gemini, once per platform. ChatGPT is asked to search the web; Gemini’s search behaviour is controlled by its interface. Your business name and website are used to match the answers, not added to the questions.

Mentions match your business name in answer text. Citations match your website or a subdomain in the returned sources. Common business names can produce ambiguous matches. Failed answers are excluded. This sample is not an overall ranking: answers can change with time, location, personalisation and wording.

Reports are available in this browser tab for 24 hours. Stored reports older than 48 hours are removed during routine cleanup. Identical checks from the same connection reuse the saved result. If you ask for follow-up, GrowthScout keeps your email, business details and consent to handle that request, then removes them during routine cleanup after 30 days. Your email is not sent to the AI platforms. Please only enter public business information.
